By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 48 hours after receiving payment.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders. Please allow additional hours for processing if this applies to your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Canada): The standard shipping is in flat rate of $9.99 CAD to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. Free shipping is available on orders over $99 CAD. The shipping cost to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon is subject to be calculated at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.
- Standard Shipping (US): The standard shipping is in flat rate of $9.99 USD to all states in US except the Virgin Islands. Free shipping is available on orders over $99 USD. The shipping cost to US Virgin Islands is subject to be calculated at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.
- Express Shipping (Canada & US): Express shipping is available for estimated rate at checkout according to your address and the selected shipping carrier, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries, such as Australia, United Kingdom, European Union, Asia, etc. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Please refer to the checkout page for an accurate rate and estimated delivery time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, etc. Carrier options will be available during checkout, and tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accessible by the carrier for smooth delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
